This is one a series of ceramic based paintings that I am working on in 2018. Each piece will explore different aspects and experiences of life. This piece is produced with approximately 500 flowers cut and embedded on a wood box canvas.

Painted in February 2018 on a 50mm deep 20″ x 20″ wood block with distressed surface and gold and silver foil blocking, individually made and hand painted  flowers and leaves.
